Holiday Gifts

There are times when I feel helpless in arriving with an idea that I like best. The entire weekend, I had dedicated myself to find a wedding gift. Perhaps it is my first time shopping for newlyweds, and the gift is for someone who is important to me, I started with many possibilities, but were shorted in settle with one gift.

Smilebox started out doing pretty basic greeting cards but used Flash to make them expressive. Since that time, they’ve gone more “Web 2.0″ and have added video, slideshows and scrapbook functionality.

Vanessa Williams was glowing and gorgeous Monday when she received a long overdue birthday gift in Hollywood as she was presented with her very own star on the coveted Walk of Fame. Her family, brother Chris Williams and Salma Hayek were amongst the adoring crowd of friends and fans in attendance.

Sunday March 11th is the most important day of this year, what with it being my birthday and all, and since I have about an hour to spare before a friend comes and picks me up, and since I’ve already gotten to everything on my to do list for today, I spent a little time Googling. Yes, Google saves everything you search for because someday they’re going to sell that information to advertisers, but I still use Google anyway. So, as a birthday gift to myself, I thought I’d search for my favorite subject- ME. Me me me. Capital em, capital ee. Me. And I found me.

We were drawn in by the posters promising the new Honeysuckle fragrance - after they discontinued honeysuckle years ago I kept one lone bottle of the shower gel tucked away for special occasions. I finally used it up when I was pregnant, so I was thrilled to find honeysuckle again! I’d been carrying a Christmas gift card in my wallet for just such an impulse purchase.

Wine glasses are available in varying qualities and prices but the more expensive may not be the best to use for wine. Often times a middle of the road price so to speak could be the better wine glasses as the perfect gift. Find an outlet where they have a very good range, there are so many styles and shapes and all have their own use. There are wine glasses for red wine, white wine, champagnes, sherrys, port wines and the glass they have been made with will determine the price.
