Vegan Gift Baskets
Liz Lovely is a vegan bakery located in Vermont. They've already been recognized by famous people like PDiddy who chose Liz Lovely cookies for his gift baskets. There's a rumor going around that they're going to be involved in a major TV show too, but I don't want to ruin any potential surprise there. I'll be sure to post when it happens.

OMG 2007!!!
You can always find great gift basketsSo this year I say “that’s it!” No more will I spend the last few nights before Christmas baking up little gift baskets to give to people I unexpectedly have to reciprocate. No more will I create havoc in my own home to be organized on the long segmented trips to and fro. No more will I rush my family through the magic of Christmas morning just so someones turkey won’t be dry.

When You Want A Pamper
The gift basket of pampers.
A few years ago I did some work for a company which sold things like gift baskets with certificates to spas inside them. One time they produced copy for one of the ads which said something like “For when you want an evening pamper!” I thought at the time that pamper wasn’t really a noun, it was more of a verb. The copy sounded horrible, but I was never sure exactly why until now.

Father's Day Gift Basket
Nothing like a large gift basketI know the next technical Holiday, After this upcoming Sunday’s Easter is actually Mothers Day. But I can’t help to be the type of person to look ahead further then that. Also I am more of a ‘giver’ then a ‘receiver’ so when I saw these fathers day gift baskets I couldn’t help but think about what the girl’s and I are going to get ‘Nader for Father’s Day. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen a Tornado/Storm Chaser gift basket yet, so I guess I am going to have to come up with something alternative.

It's His Birthday
Gift baskets make great holiday gifts and birthday gifts, especially when they're personalized.
He’s a big guy about 6′4″ tall, well-groomed, and very masculine. He had a birthday recently, and I decided to do something out of the ordinary for him. We usually go to dinner, a movie and have some friends over. But this time I redirected my thoughts. I thought of all the things he likes… Racing, sports, cologne, a good science fiction novel, and I gathered them into a masculine basket with his favorite color, green, and I created for him a birthday gift basket. I didn’t hear him whimper, no tears fell down his cheeks, I didn’t feel the rhythm of his heart skip a beat, but I saw the look in his eyes when he unwrapped the colorful birthday packaging, and it was amazing.

Mangosteen In Your Gift Basket
Exotic or hard-to-find foods always make a great holiday gift.
Occasionally gift companies will ship frozen mangosteen in for use in exotic gift baskets. These companies charge a premium price for the fruit. It is rumored that the famous Harrods department store in England brought mangosteen in and charged the equivalent of several US dollars for each piece of fruit.

What's Going On WIth All These Doggie Gift Baskets?
Now here's an unusual idea, gift baskets for your dog. Of course, they are actually gift baskets for your favorite dog owner. Quite a lot to choose from, here's a good one.
I spent some time looking at other dog gift basket making websites this morning and here is what I found. It appears that there are many low quality dog gift basket sites out there.
1. We will offer the best, most well thought out dog gift baskets on the internet.
2. We will donate 15% of our good dog gift baskets profit to our chosen charity to keep us honest.

what to get a wine lover (besides a good bottle)
Blogger's wish lists provide an endless stream of gift ideas. I myself am a wine afficionado, so I was intrigued by this reference to the "Nat Deants" site.
What do you give the person who has everything? Well, even if he or she doesn’t have everything, provided they enjoy wine, Natalie Mac Lean from Nat Decants has put together a brilliant list of gift ideas for the wine lover. My favorite (in case my husband is reading this) is the Wine Atlas of the World.

Skin Care Website
This blogger writes up a website for skin care products that features gift baskets.
Bath-and-Body.com products are perfect for gift giving. They offer a great lineup of gift baskets built around any of their ten fragrances. Everything from lotions to salts to sea wool sponges, and every order includes a free mini rubber ducky. A nice feature of the website ordering system is the ability to specify a future shipping date. So knowing mother’s day is coming up in May, customers can go online now and place their order, and Bath-and-Body.com will hold it until your requested ship date. That is one to-do you can cross off your calendar early!!

So what is this Purim all about?
For the Jewish Purim holiday, a good holiday gift is a gift basket of food, although this blogger prefers the hand-made variety.
And the "sending gifts of food", in Hebrew it's "Mishloach Manot", which is like Sending Rations or something of the sort. Basically, you take a bunch of cookies, candies, and small toys, pack them with pretty ribbons, and give them as gifts to friends, or strangers (not much of that going on, except for schools where you sometimes randomly switch between class members). Sadly, the custom is being ruined in recent years by modern and healthy versions of those gift baskets.

Baby Shower Basket
All natural basket filled with baby goodies. An easy, practical baby shower gift.
It’s what to get for the new mom who has … nothing. Especially if she’s a sucker for natural, organic things. And who doesn’t want their new baby to enter into the least toxic world possible?
Under The Nile’s basket, made with organic palm leaves, is like a baby shower in one pure package. The $99.99 gift includes two small cloth diapers, a natural receiving blanket, an array of long-sleeved onesies sized to fit the baby through 18 months, a “teething bear,” and newborn-sized hat, booties, and mittens. It would make an especially great gift if you can’t attend a friend’s baby shower. $100 too much? There’s a smaller version for $44.
